As an executive vice president at Colliers, Brian Ackerman, CCIM, closed six deals totaling $101.3 million in 2024. Since 2001, he has been involved in approximately $3 billion in transactions and the sale of nearly 20 million square feet of space, involving institutional and private equity investors.

Notable deals during the past year include a sale-leaseback valued at $6.4 million for Alliance Plumbing’s 25,393-square-foot building and the sale of a 136,998-square-foot, two-building, government-occupied portfolio to Government Investment Partners for $17.4 million.
