The Lydon-Hertzberg-Gilbert-Royle team specializes in industrial leasing, tenant rep, and land acquisition with a focus on the West Valley (Buckeye, Goodyear, Glendale, Phoenix, Surprise, etc.) and Pinal County (Casa Grande & Eloy).

In 2024, the team closed on 51 transactions totaling 18.6 million square feet, valued at $220 million. Notable deals included representing Prologis in a 1.2-million-square-foot lease to Amazon at the Prologis 303 Business Park. The team also represented Compass Datacenters in its acquisition of 120 acres at the LogistiCenter at Copperwing Industrial Complex in El Mirage, AZ.
