Northmarq’s Thomas Olivetti and Taylor Sims handled eight multifamily deals totaling $505.6 million in 2024. One notable transaction involved the sale of a four-property, 1,242-unit value-add portfolio, which traded for $250 million. Four other deals generated $50 million in sales volume.

The duo brokered 100-plus multifamily deals within the past year, and they have the #1 market share in Las Vegas.
