The Cushman & Wakefield team of Executive Directors Dana Baird and Mike Richmond is recognized as one of the most preeminent office leasing teams in Utah. On average, the team handles 2 million square feet of office leases and $50 million in transactional volume each year. The team’s client list includes Hines, PRI, Boyer Company, Gardner Company, Beacon Capital Partner, and many more.

In 2024, Baird and Richmond brokered 45 office lease transactions totaling nearly 2 million square feet and worth approximately $287 million in transactional value. Nine of the 45 transactions were valued at $10 million or greater in consideration. Of this total annual leasing activity, 32 leases were on behalf of landlord clients and totaled over 1.25 million square feet at a $205 million value. The team also completed an additional 13 lease transactions on behalf of tenants totaling over 672,400 square feet and valued at $82.4 million.
