Craig Coppola, one of the eight founding principals of Lee & Associates Arizona firm, partnered with Andrew Cheney in 2004 to form the firm’s top-producing office team. Both brokers hold the CCIM, CRE and SIOR designations.
In 2024, the duo closed 134 leasing transactions totaling 813,927 square feet and boasting a value of $43.7 million. Notable highlights included the Arizona Federal Credit Union lease at 3178 E Camelback Rd., involving a 5,165-square-foot lease at a coveted, iconic intersection that had been unavailable for 30 years. Coppola and Cheney also negotiated Tri Pointe Homes’ lease expansion of 33,384 square feet, representing one of central Scottsdale, AZ’s largest transactions.
