Victoria Acuff is a Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice involves acquisitions, dispositions, financing and joint ventures involving commercial real estate for institutional investors, owners and developers.

During her tenure with Kirkland, Acuff’s notable matters have included representing Blue Owl in its $15-billion joint venture with Crusoe Energy Systems for the development of a 1.2-gigawatt AI data center in Abilene, TX. Acuff also represented a private equity fund in the joint venture, acquisition and financing of a $160-million shopping mall.

She is a member of the Junior League of Dallas, the Texas A&M Young Alumni Advisory Council, and serves on the Juanita Craft Governance Committee.
