John Jennings’ practice at Norton Rose Fulbright focuses on commercial real estate matters and the negotiation of federal, state and local economic development incentives. A Partner and Head of Real Estate in the San Antonio office, Jennings represents clients with the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, leasing and operation of real property. Additionally, his financial experience extends to negotiating credit facilities on behalf of both borrowers and lenders.

Notable representative matters include negotiating and drafting economic incentive agreements with government entities, as well as planning, zoning, and real estate matters involving construction. In addition, he represents borrowers and sellers in a variety of financing transactions.

Jennings has been a frequent speaker at industry events and has authored several articles. He has been recognized by Chambers USA, Lawdragon 500, The Best Lawyers in America, Legal 500, Texas Super Lawyers, and San Antonio Magazine.
