Leads JLL's Federal Advisory Practice
Supported undewriting services for Amazon in its Community Housing Equity Fund
Martine Combal is a Senior Vice President within JLL’s Government, Education, and Non-Profit Advisory practice and is the practice’s East Coast Regional Lead. Based in Washington, DC, her role is one of project executive and project lead, focusing on large projects and leading JLL’s Federal Advisory Practice and strategic growth initiatives.
Combal supported and initiated underwriting services on behalf of Amazon in its Community Housing Equity Fund to help develop affordable housing. She was also the General Services Administration’s (GSA) National Capital Region Portfolio Study Project Lead.
Combal is a member of ULI Washington and has served on the TAP Committee, the Local Product Council for Housing, and the Co-Chair of the Housing Council. She is a Board Member of Everybody Wins DC and a member of the Washington Area Bicycle Association and the Ward 5 Family Biking Coalition. Combal is a gifted public speaker who uses these skills to build JLL’s brand in multiple forums.
