Madi Ford is the co-founder and managing partner of Audeo Partners, a certified small and woman-owned business operating in Virginia. In this capacity, she manages acquisitions, deal structuring, development, joint venture negotiation and equity and debt finance from a legal perspective for Audeo Partners and the firm’s consulting clients.

Notable transactions include leading the Audeo team in capitalizing a seven-figure GP fund to support development activity and forming and capitalizing an eight-figure affordable housing preservation fund. Additionally, Ford has executed over $250 million in debt financing, including HUD, agency and conventional market loans.

Ford has been involved with the National Multifamily Housing Council’s Emerging Leaders Committee and Women’s Networking Events Committee. In the community, she works with the Partnership to End Homelessness. She is on the board of the Alice & Eugene Ford Foundation, Habitat for Humanity D.C., and the Academy of Hope (where she is the chair).

She has been honored with various awards, including Heroines of Washington and the Academy of Hope’s Full Circle Award.
