Executive Vice President of Operations Jennifer Burns oversees the property management, information technology and marketing divisions, leading all operations for Monday Properties’ five-million-square-foot office portfolio—including engineering, construction management, parking and property accounting.

She manages the execution of Monday Properties’ capital improvement projects. She is involved throughout the process, from design and space conceptualization to renovation and construction management, tenant improvement and project delivery. She also plays a crucial role in performing due diligence for the firm’s acquisitions.

This year alone, Burns has been directly involved in $20 million worth of capital improvements across Monday’s office portfolio, including projects at 1812 North Moore Street, The Towers, Three Ballston Plaza and Park Plaza.

She is a Board Member of the Rosslyn, VA Business Improvement District and is involved with industry associations, including IREM Chapter 77 and AOBA. Burns has been recognized as one of Washington Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” and one of 25 “Women Who Mean Business.”

These are just a few reasons why Jennifer Burns is one of the Washington DC Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award winners.
