Friedlander Misler Member Jennifer Jette focuses her law practice on sophisticated real estate transactions and corporate matters in Washington, DC, the surrounding region and nationally. She advises local and national developers, investors, and owners on all aspects of acquiring, developing, selling, financing, and leasing industrial and mixed-use properties, multifamily housing, affordable housing projects, and office buildings.

Jette has offered years of dedicated counsel to Cornerstone Montgomery, a $28-million 501(c)3 and the largest provider of mental health services in Montgomery County, MD, in its merger with Southern Maryland Community Network (SMCN), a $7-million organization. She also played the leading role in negotiating $55 million in financing for acquiring a $122.5-million Class A multifamily property in Fort Myers, FL, on behalf of a client.

As Friedlander Misler’s first marketing chair, Jette is committed to ensuring the firm’s longevity and positive trajectory for the next generation of lawyers.
