Christine Roddy is a Director at Goulston & Storrs, where she focuses her practice on zoning and land use, historic preservation, municipal law, and urban renewal in the District of Columbia. She counsels clients in developing mixed-use, office, retail, institutional, industrial and residential projects and represents clients before municipal agencies and review boards.

Notable representations include working with JBG Smith concerning the land use and zoning entitlements for four parcels of land totaling more than six acres in the Union Market district. She also led the zoning and permitting for the high-profile, $250 million RiverPoint development at the U.S. Coast Guard’s former headquarters on the Anacostia River and has represented MRP Realty since 2010 with land use and zoning entitlements for a 13-acre site adjacent to the Rhode Island Avenue Metrorail Station.

Roddy is involved with multiple committees at Goulston & Storrs, including serving as an Associate Evaluation Coordinator and a Flexible Work Arrangement Mentor. She is a member of the firm’s Wellbeing Advisory Group and is the lead Work Allocator for the D.C. Real Estate team.

She serves as Chair of the Leadership Committee for NAIOP’s DC/MD chapter and on the ULI’s Leadership Initiative Steering Committee for the Urban Land Institute. Roddy also devotes significant time to pro bono projects, including representing Jubilee Housing, a non-profit affordable housing developer, owner and property manager.

Roddy has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America and was awarded Bisnow’s Top 40 Lawyers under 40.
