Oversaw execution of a $1.6 billion portfolio sale
Expanded department, managed 17 audits in 2023
As ElmTree’s Chief Financial Officer and Partner, Kerry Gawrych is responsible for all aspects of accounting, including financial reporting, analysis and administration. Her duties include managing the construction draw process for build-to-suit properties, spearheading the external audit process, and ensuring the maintenance of internal controls. She also serves on ElmTree’s compliance committee.
She oversaw executing a $1.6-billion portfolio sale and expanded her department to manage 17 audits in 2023.
In her work with ElmTree’s DEI committee, Gawrych has helped implement new volunteer days with charitable organizations like Habitat for Humanity and the St. Louis Food Bank. She is an active member of CREW and serves as a mentor for her company. She has been immersed in commercial real estate for over 25 years, with her current tenure at ElmTree Funds noteworthy for her contributions and leadership.
