Co-founded--and is evolving--the company

Broke ground on first joint-venture development, the 248-unit Saint Grand

Amy Galvin is CEO and co-founder of Luxury Living. On a day-to-day level, she handles organizational issues, including streamlining services and enhancing connections, relationships and the renter experience. From a macro viewpoint, she aligns the company’s strategic pillars of service, operational excellence and leveraging partnership networks. Galvin is also heading up the evolution of Luxury Living, focused on strategies to return the company to its origins.

In 2023, Luxury Living broke ground on its first joint venture development — the 21-story, mixed-use, 248-unit Saint Grand in Streeterville. Today, the apartments are 75% leased.

Galvin produced a conference in Chicago for International Women’s Day and has hosted several workshops to support women in business. She is a mentor with the Goldie Initiative, a certified professional coach, and a trained facilitator of The Fair Play Method. She also mentors through the JCC’s Women in Power Program.

These are a few reasons why Amy Galvin is one of the Chicago & Midwest Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
