Katie Rodd is Managing Director—Head of Execution at Priority Capital Advisory, where she is responsible for executing the firm’s pipeline of debt and equity transactions, including capital placement, deal structuring, and loan closing. She also spearheads recruitment and further building out the PCA team.
During her career as a capital advisor, Rodd has closed more than 350 transactions totaling more than $5.2 billion. She has worked for George Smith Partners, Capmark Finance, Wells Fargo and Argentic Investment Management.
While at George Smith Partners, Rodd was listed in the 2018 edition of Mortgage Professional America’s Elite Women. She serves as treasurer on the Board of Directors for her 200-plus unit condominium association and the Strawberry Lodge Mutual Water Company, a rural water district in San Bernardino. Rodd is also an active fire lookout with the Southern California Mountains Foundation in the San Bernardino National Forest.
