Christopher L. Camarra is a real estate attorney in the Washington, DC, office of Holland & Knight. He is the chairman of the firm’s Real Estate & Hospitality Industry Sector Group and the Public and Charitable Services Partner for the office. Camarra concentrates his practice in commercial real estate law, including all aspects of real estate acquisition and disposition, development, leasing, management and financing.

He represents institutional investors with their local and national real estate investments. This representation includes acquiring and financing office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and other investment-grade properties in single-asset and multi-state, multi-property portfolio transactions. A substantial portion of Mr. Camarra’s practice focuses on commercial leasing, and he represents landlords and tenants in office, retail, industrial and other product classes leases.

Camarra is a lecturer at the University of Maryland’s Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development, where he established and annually teaches a semester course on commercial leasing practice for graduate students.

He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and The Legal 500 USA. Holland & Knight also named him a Pro Bono All-Star.
