Friedlander Misler Principal Amy C. Serafino advises clients on complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, development, and construction. She represents sellers, buyers, owner/developers, landlords and tenants in transactions involving major office buildings, large retail shopping centers, mixed-use developments and other premier real estate projects. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating various real estate transactional documents.
Notable experience includes serving as lead counsel in the acquisition and financing on behalf of the buyer of a Washington, DC, office building. She also represented the seller of a 31-acre office campus converted to biotech and lab use.
Serafino is an adjunct professor at Georgetown Law School and is on the board of Community Forklift.
Serafino was named to Lawdragon’s Leading Global Real Estate Lawyers list.
