A partner and team leader in Williams Mullen’s finance and real estate practice, Alyssa Dangler chairs the Affordable Housing & Tax Credits practice. Her clients are nationally based, with headquarters in Virginia, New York and California.

Her notable matters include representing a New York real estate investor and developer specializing in nationwide multifamily projects, a real estate development firm with over $60 billion in assets and offices, and an owner/developer of low-income housing complexes.

In 2023, Dangler served as the global president of the CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network Board of Directors and currently serves as the immediate past president. She also served in executive roles with CREW Coastal Virginia (including president) and has been on the Real Estate Roundtable Board of Directors.

Dangler has been listed in Virginia Super Lawyers (as a Rising Star and in Real Estate), honored as a “Legal Elite” by Virginia Business, and recognized by The Best Lawyers in America in Real Estate Law. Other honors include a listing as one of Coastal Virginia’s Top Layers by CoVa Biz Magazine, recipient of Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate award, and being named to Inside Business’ Top 40 under 40.
