Spearheaded sale of 10 West Commerce Park, the highest gross industrial building sale in Buckeye, AZ
Will Strong was recently promoted to Executive Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield and awarded the title of Co-Lead on the Cushman & Wakefield National Industrial Advisory Group (IAG) Leadership Team. During 2022, he closed 31 industrial transactions totaling $1.6 billion.
Notable transactions included the sale of the 862,622-square-foot 10 West Commerce Park in Buckeye, AZ. The property sold for $128.7 million, representing the highest gross industrial building sale in the city. Strong also brokered the $93.5-million sale of the 24.9-acre Central Logistics Center in the Sky Harbor Airport Metropolitan Phoenix submarket. Other deals included the 64-acre, 858,901-square-foot Landing 3, 4 & 5 in Mesa ($208 million) and the 1.2-million-square-foot Cubes at Glendale in Metro Phoenix’s West Valley.
In his career, Strong has been involved in the sale, financing, and leasing of over 50 million square feet valued in excess of $4.1 billion and has completed some of the highest profile and complicated deals in the region.
