Colliers’ Doherty Industrial Group comprises Dan Doherty (Vice Chairman), Paul Sweetland (Executive Vice President), Jerry Doty (Senior Vice President) and Chris Lane (Senior Vice President). The team, which operates out of Colliers’ Las Vegas office, closed 109 industrial leasing transactions in 2022, totaling 8.6 million square feet.
The team’s notable transactions included Hey Dude Inc.’s 730,067-square-foot lease at the North Vegas Logistics Center. Hey Dude (which had been acquired by Crocs), is the first tenant to sign the lease in the new, two-million-square-foot speculative development in Las Vegas.
The team also represented Arvato Digital Services in its 464,292-square-foot lease at Range Road Industrial Park, also in Las Vegas.
The Doherty Industrial Group has more than 73-plus years of experience in industrial real estate with experience in tenant and Landlord representations, land sales, site selections, REO dispositions, and investment sales. Within the past five years the team has brokered over more than 29 million square feet of Industrial property, totaling more than $2.5 billion.
