JLL Denver’s Office Investment Sales Capital Markets team consists of Senior Managing Director Mark Katz, Managing Director Peter Merrion, and Senior Director Hilary Barnett. In 2022, the team closed nine transactions valued at more than $1.1 billion.
The scope of this work spanned multiple property types, including value-add and core-plus office sales, equity placement and complex joint venture negotiations, large assemblage land sales, covered ground plays, and a portfolio sale representing Colorado’s largest single asset trade in history.
Notable transactions included the sale of the 22-building Flatiron Park in Boulder, CO. The life sciences and office campus totaled one million square feet and sold for an historic price of $625 million. The team also closed on equity placement for The Artise—201 Fillmore, a 140,000-square-foot office and retail development in Denver.
