Colliers Vice Chair Jarrod Hunt closed 39 transactions totaling 3.6 million square feet during 2022. Hunt works in the company’s Salt Lake City offices.
Notable transactions included the sale of the Western Distribution Center in Spanish Fork, UT. The more than one-million-square-foot warehouse property closed as the largest single industrial transaction reported in Utah County.
Hunt also handled the sale of the 124.1-acre GLH Business Park, also in Spanish Fork. He represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
