The Avison Young New York Tri-State Investment Sales Group closed on 50 transactions focused on multifamily/mixed-use ($336 million); retail ($59 million); office ($122 million) and land/development ($86 million). The team is led by James Nelson, Erik Edeen and Brandon Polakoff, who mentor, support and oversee a team of more than two dozen people.

Notable transactions included the $73-million Ideal industrial flex building in Queens; Sixty-Two Hanson Place (an assemblage consisting of a rooming house and vacant lot near the Barclays Center) for $42.6 million; and the Williamsburg Portfolio, which sold for $39.5 million.

The team also handled the West Village’s Patchin Place’s $32-million sale, which is in consideration for REBNY’s Deal of the Year.
