Colliers Vice Chair Noah Balanoff, based in the Parsippany, NJ office, had a very successful 2022, closing 103 leasing and sales transactions. with sales volume of $29.1 million and leasing of more than 13.5 million square feet.

Notable leasing transactions included representation of Fashion Logistics in its 222,000-square-foot lease at 333 North St. in Teterboro, NJ. Balanoff worked with Colliers Atlanta’s office on the deal.

Other deals closed included representation of Duke Realty in a 271,000-square-foot lease to JD Logistics at 1570 S. Washington Ave. in Piscataway, NJ.

Balanoff is a charter member of Colliers’ Logistics and Transportation Solutions Group. He joined Colliers in 2017 and has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2005.
