As CEO of CBRE’s New York Tri-State Region office, Mary Ann Tighe spearheaded several blockbuster deals in 2022. All told, she closed 45 leasing deals, involving more than 2.7 million square feet of office space.
Notable deals included Fox/News Corp’s 1.15-million-square-foot lease extension at 1211 Avenue of the Americans, which was the largest office lease transaction in three years. She also represented 3 World Trade Center in the 179,724-square-foot lease to law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US; renewed Edelman’s 173,618-square-foot lease at 250 Hudson St.; and handled Elderplan’s (MJHS Health System) 138,374-square-foot lease at 55 Water St.
Over her more than three-decade career, Tighe’s deals have totaled more than 120 million square feet and anchored more than 14.4 million square feet of new construction in the New York region.
