Led team to close on more than 10 million square feet of industrial space

Spearheaded 844,373-square-foot deal at Flanders, NJ facililty

Executive Vice Chairman and Senior Supply Chain Specialist Charles Fern leads Cushman & Wakefield’s nine-member New Jersey industrial real estate services team. Other members include Jason Barton, Thomas D. Tucci, Stephen G. Shoemaker, Thomas E. Tucci, Gary C. Casaletto, Torsten M. Thaler, Jack Winge and Natalie Gorga. During 2022, the team handled the sales and leasing of more than 10 million square feet of industrial space.

Most notably, the team represented both the landlord, Square Mile Capital, and the tenant, List Logistics, in the leasing of 844,373 square feet at 703 Bartley Chester Rd. in Flanders, NJ. Additionally, the team represented the large e-commerce company, 3PL, in the leasing of 535,182 square feet in Central New Jersey. Both leases brought hundreds of jobs to the region.
