Sold more than 2,300 properties for $23.4 billion since 2007 launch
Aaron Jungreis is the founder and CEO of Rosewood Realty Group, one of the most active single office investment sales firms in the country, with a yearly average transaction volume of over $2.2 billion. In 2022, Jungreis and his team brokered over $2.2 billion in total sales, closing some 85 deals in New York City and nearly 20 states across the country, with New York City alone accounting for $944.2 million.
Notable transactions included the sale of 1 & 2 River Park in Brooklyn for $145 million. This consisted of a non-assemblage of two parcels. Jungreis’ team also closed on the $82-million sale of 49-55 Dupont St. in Brooklyn; a 247-unit, 32-story mixed-use building on New York’s Upper West Side for $66.2 million; and the mixed-use 1580 Nostrand Ave. in Brooklyn for $58 million.
Since launching Rosewood Realty in 2007, Jungreis has sold over 2,300 properties with an aggregate value exceeding $23.4 billion.
