In the community, she is a board member of the Goldie Initiative and Roosevelt University’s Marshall Bennett Institute for Real Estate. She also volunteers with the Queen of Angels Parish and School.
Phelan earned her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
These are some of the reasons why we are honoring Molly Phelan with Connect CRE’s 2023 Chicago & Midwest Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
