As a partner with Nelson Mullins, Susan Davis represents owners and investors in complex real estate transactions involving all commercial properties. These include acquisitions, financings, sales and joint ventures. She has extensive experience in multifamily housing and office properties.

Transactions include representing several owners of downtown Boston and suburban office, industrial, and retail buildings in leasing and financing negotiations, a real estate firm in the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of office and industrial properties across several states, and a public owner in the drafting and negotiation of ground leases, development agreements and easement contracts connected with transit-oriented developments.

Davis is a member of CREW Boston, the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association. She is recognized by The Best Lawyers in America (Real Estate Law) and Boston Magazine’s Top Lawyers (Real Estate). Davis also received CREW Boston’s Professional Service Award.

She received her J.D. from the Boston University School of Law.
