Board member of ULI's regional Young Leaders Group

Newmark Executive Managing Director Victoria Pickett specializes exclusively in the sale of multifamily properties throughout southern Virginia. With her Virginia team, she has been involved in $3 billion of sales volume encompassing 19,000 apartment units since the inception of her brokerage career in June of 2016.

In 2021, she was involved in the sale of Overture Virginia Beach, which is the largest price per unit sales transaction to date in Southern Virginia.

Earlier in her career, Pickett was a dedicated board member for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where she led the renewal of her region’s Young Leader’s Group. Her efforts earned her the Young Leader of the Year award issued by the Urban Land Institute of Virginia. She remains active with the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), the Real Professionals Network, the Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate Women in Hampton Roads.

She has been named Rookie of the Year by Hampton Roads Realtors Association and a CoStar Power Broker for Investment Sales in multiple years.

Prior to joining Newmark, Pickett was Senior Vice President with Colliers and before that, Vice President of Multifamily Investment Sales with CBRE | Hampton Roads.

These are just a few reasons we chose Victoria Pickett as one of Connect CRE Washington DC’s 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
