Newmark Executive Managing Director Victoria Pickett specializes exclusively in the sale of multifamily properties throughout southern Virginia. With her Virginia team, she has been involved in $3 billion of sales volume encompassing 19,000 apartment units since the inception of her brokerage career in June of 2016.

She has been named Rookie of the Year by Hampton Roads Realtors Association and a CoStar Power Broker for Investment Sales in multiple years.
