Bill Gribbin is a Director in the DC Metro office at Berkadia and is a member of the institutional sales team for Berkadia’s Mid-Atlantic region. Gribbin has more than eight years of multifamily sales and advisory experience, completing more than $5 billion in investments sales and joint-venture equity placements across approximately 10,000 units.
Gribbin has spent a number of years developing tremendous client relationships. He is thoughtful, professional and good natured. He has developed a reputation in the multifamily investment community as someone who is hard working, direct, and trustworthy, and he is an active networker adept at forming strong relationships within the real estate community.
His most notable transaction to date in 2023 included the $64-million sale of Solaire Wheaton, a 232-unit apartment building in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Gribbin is an active member of the NMHC, ULI and the DC Real Estate Group.
