Aaron Inman is a Partner and Senior Associate of the Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Investment Sales and Capital Markets team at Greysteel. In this role, Inman has played a crucial role in the revenue and geographic growth of the Baltimore MSA and the East Coast market.

Inman is a prominent figure in the Baltimore MSA real estate market, specializing in selling and financing conventional market-rate multifamily properties. He has also been a trailblazer in the single family rental portfolio market, providing invaluable guidance to owners of these assets in areas such as financing, valuation and disposition strategies. Inman’s expertise in this emerging market has set him apart from others in the industry who have not yet recognized its potential.

Inman is also a Founding Member and Board Member of Greysteel’s Black Professionals Network (GBPN), a leading organization dedicated to promoting career opportunities for African Americans in the commercial real estate industry.

Through the GBPN, Inman has made significant contributions to the organization by engaging with local universities and HBCUs abd coordinating educational events. He also hosts and produces Greycast, Greysteel’s podcast.
