As Senior Director of Business Development and Strategy at Dealpath, Joe Moskowitz has capitalized on his CRE development and proptech background to nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.

Moskowitz is a champion of technology adoption across the CRE vertical, educating end users on the value of innovative SaaS platforms as they relate to leasing, asset management and investment management. He has played an integral role in establishing key partnerships with fellow leading platforms, including MRI, Cherre and Navigator, which generates substantial returns and revenue.

Moskowitz is a frequent speaker at industry events like Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) conferences and RealComm, presenting and advising on current trends and the future of proptech. He was recently named to the board of OSCRE, a global non-profit organization creating data standards across CRE to standardize metrics and facilitate data handoffs. Moskowitz collaborates with the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Technology and Innovation Council and Out in Tech, a group uniting and empowering LGBTQ+ professionals within the tech field.

Moskowitz has also worked as a Facilitator with the ULI’s UrbanPlan program, connecting with high school students around New York City to discuss urban land-use and facilitate engaging activities to encourage them to take an active role within their own communities.
