Alyce Ge
Played role in developing Cherre's data kit for the single-family real estate sector
Authored the real estate training used for onboarding new engineers
Alyce Ge played a crucial role in the development of Cherre’s data kit for the single-family real estate sector. She helped define the product, determined market needs and worked directly with clients, providing onboarding and direct support while the client services team was ramping up.
Ge also authored the internal real estate training Cherre uses for onboarding new engineers. The fact that she has a strong enough grasp of commercial real estate to develop that course material is rare for an engineer.
Ge is an advocate for real estate, proptech and women in technology. She organizes NYC Open Data Week events, and was recognized by the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority for the Real Time Energy Management Hackathon. Ge is also President of the Columbia Engineering Young Alumni Board. In this role, she works closely with the Columbia Engineering Dean’s Office, speaks at the board’s monthly tech talk series and participates in the NYC entrepreneurship community.
These are just a few reasons we chose Alyce Ge as one of Connect CRE New York & Tri-State’s 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
