At the age of 27, Andrew Dzenis is the youngest Managing Director at Savills. To date, he has completed more than 20 deals totaling approximately 775,000 square feet in transaction volume.

His impressive resume includes the execution of office leases, tax exempt condominium structures, property and building purchases/sales, air rights transfers, and ground up developments. He takes great pride in the organizations he represents, which often have immense social impact on New York City. He is honored to have recently worked with organizations such as Housing Works, Weill Cornell Medicine, K2 Intelligence, Cipher Mining, Ascend Capital, The Children’s Village, Gillen Brewer School and Bronx Defenders.

Dzenis mentors the junior brokers on his team and throughout the firm. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY)

Outside of work, Dzenis volunteers with several organizations including the Billion Oyster Project, which is dedicated to restoring the reefs and water quality in New York Harbor and the Long Island Sound. He has taught thousands of children about the fundamentals of fishing.
