Emily Chabrier
Responsible for leasing 1411 Broadway and 325 Hudson St.
Closed 49 transactions totaling 904,992 square feet in 2022
As CBRE Executive Vice President, Emily Chabrier represents some very large clients — Lathan Watkins law firm and Deutsche Bank to name two. She also represents some of the largest projects in the city, including SL Green’s newly constructed 1 Vanderbilt office tower. She is also responsible for leasing 1411 Broadway and DivCo West’s 325 Hudson St.
Chabrier understands the perspectives of both occupiers and investors while at the same time drawing on her vast knowledge from the most sophisticated clients to the narrower perspectives of small firms. She’s perfected the balance of risk and reward and gets the toughest deals done.
In 2022 Chabrier closed 49 transactions totaling 904,992 square feet. These included deals at 1 Vanderbilt for SL Green, 1359 Broadway for ESRT, 1500 Broadway for Tamares and 730 Third Avenue for TIAA-CREF.
Chabrier was recently profiled in Crain’s New York Business as a “closer.”
These are just a few reasons we chose Emily Chabrier as one of Connect CRE New York & Tri-State’s 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
