Worked with team to complete more than $4.8 billion in transactions in 2022

Frank DiTommaso is Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield. With clients, he takes a “non-broker” approach, going beyond the real estate aspect to truly understand their goals. This results in successful and efficient execution of transactions and the establishment of strong relationships based on trust.

DiTommaso became the youngest partner on Cushman & Wakefield’s capital markets team, one of the most respected and long-tenured partnerships in the industry. The powerhouse team has closed more than $38 billion worth of sales since its inception in 1987.

In 2022, the team completed over $4.8 billion of investment sales in 85 separate transactions, a testament to DiTommaso’s expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Major accomplishments in his career include winning the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s 30 Under 30 award, the NAIOP New Jersey Deal of Year award and the CoStar Deal of Year award for the Largest Office Sale in New Jersey. He also earned the Cushman & Wakefield Rising Star Award and played a major role in the $340-million sale of 101 Hudson and the $420-million sale of Harborside Complex.

These are just a few reasons we chose Frank DiTommaso as one of Connect CRE New York & Tri-State’s 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
