Nicole Capobianco is Vice President of Sales Enablement and Recruiting at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. In this role, she leads sales strategy and service development. Since joining the company less than a year ago, Capobianco recruited agents for the opening of the company’s San Diego and Fort Lauderdale offices. She has also assisted in growing the company’s Phoenix office.

With more than 15 years in the industry, Capobianco teaches young businesspeople the importance of persistency, resilience, and learning from failures. Capobianco has been instrumental in developing and executing a recruitment program for senior agents, an initiative she launched and continues to oversee. Before joining Matthews, Capobianco was Vice President of Transaction Services at Greysteel.

During her career, she’s earned numerous accolades for her work. In addition to receiving Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Award, 2022 nominations include CRE’s Best Bosses (Real Estate Forum), and 2022 Sales Training and Coaching Program of the Year (American Business Awards).
