Instrumental in sourcing and evaluating effective lending opportunities

Held previous positions with Tidewater Capital, A10 Capital, Colliers International and Bank of America

Mandy Pakes joined iBorrow in March 2022. In her role as Vice President of Loan Originations, Pakes spearheaded the establishment of iBorrow’s Pacific Northwest office and significantly grown the firm’s national presence. Her achievements also include closing loans within two to four weeks—sometimes less—and never missing a funding date.

With her nearly 20 years of experience, Pakes leads efforts to offer institutional-level sophistication for all its clients. Pakes has been instrumental in sourcing and strategically evaluating lending opportunities to ensure they are beneficial to the borrower and the firm.

Prior to joining iBorrow, Pakes worked with Tidewater Capital, A10 Capital, Colliers International and Bank of America. Pakes is lauded for her ability to provide access to capital at historically low rates. Conscientious and hardworking, she is unwaveringly respected by her colleagues and teammates, and is known for going above and beyond to deliver clients excellent finance experiences.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Mandy Pakes as one of Connect CRE’s Seattle & Northwest 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
