Sought-after experts and source for industry publications and events

Karlin Conklin is Investor Management Group’s Principal and Co-President. In her role, she oversees corporate operations, as well as the firm’s $1 billion, 5,000-unit national multifamily portfolio. Under her leadership, IMG has acquired 1,600 units with a total sales volume of $300 million within the past 12 months. Conklin has also added five new roles to accommodate company growth.

During her more than three decades in the industry, Conklin has sourced, capitalized and helped reposition over 20,000 multifamily units, raising nearly $1 billion in equity from institutional partners, Tenant-in-Common investors and high-net-worth individuals. She also had multiple, high-powered jobs in operations, sales and marketing.

An award-winning multifamily broker, Conklin also served as the Director of the Lindquist Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Oregon, where she earned an MBA degree.
