Handled the $103.8 million sale of the 324-unit Escape at Arrowhead in Glendale, AZ
The Berkadia Phoenix team spearheaded the sale of both multifamily properties throughout the region, as well as single-family rental assets in Flagstaff, Phoenix, Tucson and outside the state, in Louisiana and Florida. The team also brokered five land sites located between Arizona and Colorado.
Notable deals included representation of DivcoWest and Klein Financial Corp. in the $325 million sale of the 1,222-unit Vaseo Apartments (co-listed with CBRE). The team also handled the $103.8 million sale of Escape at Arrowhead, a 324-unit property in Glendale, AZ. The property was partially leased on closing, with construction still underway.
