The team specializes in industrial building development, sales and leasing, and landlord and tenant representation.
Notable leases in 2021 included landlord representation for Power 2020 Business Park in Mesa AZ; Rosendin Electric Inc. took down 146,000 square feet. The largest lease closed consisted of 208,135 square feet at Metro East Valley Commerce Center II in Phoenix. The team also brokered a $3.2 million square-foot, 10.2-acre sale of land at Mesa’s Ray Road Commerce Center to Wetta Ventures, which is developing 146,887 square feet of speculative space.
Chris and Ken also represented three ground-up developments in Mesa during 2021: the 330,000 square-foot Power 202 Business Park; the 142,735-square-foot AirGate; and the 146,887-square-foot Gateway Commerce Center.
