Kyle has 27 years of active experience as a co-founding principal of Newmark Grubb ACRES. He oversaw his firm’s brand realignment from NAI to Newmark in March 2013 and led the company’s acquisition by Newmark in 2019. He is a market leader in logistics, supply chain optimization and network analysis, development consultation and capital markets segments of commercial real estate.

In 2021, he completed $430.9 million in industrial property sales, and 3.7 million square feet in industrial leases and subleases.

He has been involved in more than 4,600 individual transactions, representing clients in the acquisition or disposition of more than 94 million square feet in Utah and 23.5 million square feet nationally and internationally; 53 million square feet of his transactions have exceeded 75,000 square feet. He has also sold, planned, and facilitated subdivision of more than 4,200 acres of land into some of Utah’s most Iconic Business Parks.

His total building transaction portfolio represents 117.5 million square feet representing a cumulative value exceeding $5.46 billion, including most of the market’s largest Industrial capital markets transactions.

Leadership positions include SIOR Chapter Vice President and President, a seat on Newmark’s National Industrial Advisory Board, and membership of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).
