Lyndsy Yim joined SRS Real Estate in 2021 from LAH Commercial Real Estate and Retail Specialists. As first vice president, she’s focused on restaurant and retail real estate. She also works on behalf of landlords on urban developments, helping them recruit first-to-market tenants and providing new concepts.

She is involved with SRS’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts, and was recently appointed to the City of Hoover’s Planning and Zoning Commission.

A graduate of Auburn University, Yim was selected by the Birmingham Business Journal as its 2019 Rising Stars of Real Estate and was named Birmingham Commercial Realtors Council’s Rookie of the Year in the same year.

In 2022, Birmingham Business Journal named her as a 2022 Leader in Diversity & Inclusion. Yim currently serves as a board member of Birmingham CREW, director of the Birmingham Commercial Realtors Council, co-founder of Hoover’s Asian-American Business Group and a member of the Hoover Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Trustees. She is also a member of the ICSC.
