Jessica Branch joined Franklin Street in 2017, handling business development for new tenant representation. She was recently promoted to Director, Retail Tenant Services because of what she’s accomplished so far. She specializes in tenant representation, retail/restaurant leasing and site selection for local, regional and national retail clients.

She manages relationships with many of the clients she helped source for the company when she arrived, including [solidcore], Self Esteem Brands, City Gear, MOD Wash, The UPS Store and Madison Reed. In working with a diverse portfolio of clients and customers, Branch has helped the Franklin Street Retail Services Team stay current in markets across the southeast, while demonstrating expertise in multiple deal types and structures.

Branch has taken on a leadership role in the team, mentoring and training the company’s junior members. She is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia and a member of ICSC, as well as a former board member of Young Atlanta Retail Alliance and the local ICSC Next Generation Council.

An Atlanta native, Branch also volunteers and donates to the Atlanta Mission, and worked on a team to raise more than $120,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society during the pandemic. She is an active planner for local Franklin Street Atlanta philanthropy initiatives, including the Atlanta Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity.
