Clise Properties’ Lori Hill Generates $12B in Sale Volume During Career
Lori Hill became CEO of Clise Properties in January 2026, bringing 30 years of commercial real estate experience to the 137-year-old, family-owned company. She oversees a portfolio spanning more than 2.3 million square feet of office, residential, medical and retail space and more than 500 tenants.
Hill focuses on corporate performance, portfolio strategy, community giving and engagement with government and public policy organizations. She is also developing a strategic office plan for the company.
During her career, which included leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield, Pacific Real Estate Partners, JLL and Unico, she has generated more than $12 billion in commercial property sales.
Among her notable transactions was the sale of Seattle’s Mercer MegaBlock on behalf of the city. The 2.86-acre site near Amazon’s South Lake Union campus was redeveloped to include two life sciences and office towers, a residential tower with approximately 175 affordable housing units, a public promenade and a 30,000-square-foot community center managed by Seattle Parks and Recreation.
Hill’s industry leadership includes serving as immediate past president of the Seattle District Council of the Urban Land Institute, past president of CREW Seattle and a member of the CREW Network National Board. She serves on the boards of the Downtown Seattle Association and the University of Washington’s Runstad School of Real Estate, and on the steering committee of Future Tracks.
Hill has been recognized as a CREW Network Woman of Influence and a CoStar Power Broker.
These are just a few reasons Lori Hill is among the Seattle & Northwest Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
