Molly Santucci with TMR Investments Helps Close $900M
Molly Santucci, a principal at Seattle-based TMR Investments, has been instrumental in more than $900 million in real estate acquisitions and dispositions since joining the multifamily investment firm in 2015. She oversees acquisitions, finance, legal and investor relations and helps shape the company’s investment strategy and operations.
Recent transactions include TMR’s 2026 acquisition of VIVE Apartments, a 91-unit community in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood, for approximately $24.5 million. Santucci also played a leadership role in the acquisition and planned a $4.5-million renovation of the 75-unit Roosevelt Ridge in Seattle.
Santucci’s commitment to developing talent extends beyond TMR. After receiving a CREW Seattle scholarship as a graduate student, she returned to the organization as a leader, serving as chair of its Foundation Committee before joining its board of directors in 2026. She also mentors women within TMR and participates in CREW mentorship efforts.
These are just a few reasons Molly Santucci is among the Seattle & Northwest Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
