Pratt Focuses on Corporate Net Lease Finance at Avison Young
James Pratt is an Associate on Avison Young’s Corporate Net Lease Finance Team in New York, where he focuses on underwriting, analysis and evaluation of corporate credits for the team’s clients. He specializes in complex commercial real estate financings, including sale-leasebacks, single-tenant net-lease assets and build-to-suit facilities, working closely with borrowers, institutional lenders, and equity sponsors to navigate sophisticated capital structures.
Since joining the Corporate Net Lease Finance Team, Pratt has been a part of a team that closed over $1 billion in transactions.
Pratt is a part of the capstone cohort at Avison Young, a select group of rising stars within the U.S Capital Markets Group. He has managed fundraisers for Ewing Sarcoma and trains young lacrosse athletes interested in playing at the college level.
