Marcus&Millichap’s Peters Drives $186M in Brooklyn Investment Sales

Matthew Peters is a Senior Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap and team leader of The Peters Team, where he focuses on the sale of mixed-use, multifamily and development properties across Central and Eastern Brooklyn.

He is a member of Marcus & Millichap’s Multi-Housing and Land Divisions.

Peters has closed more than $186 million in investment sales and evaluated more than 2,500 property valuations during his career with Marcus & Millichap. Recent highlights include the $25.2-million sale of the Lawrence in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, as well as the sale of two new multifamily buildings totaling 50 units, offering 20 parking spaces. He also closed the sale of two adjacent development sites at 2425 Atlantic Avenue and 2413 Atlantic Avenue in Ocean Hill for a combined $11.7 million.

Peters has received Marcus & Millichap’s National Sales Recognition Award, CoStar’s Power Broker Award, been named to the Top Leasing and Sales Pros Under 30 list, and been recognized by the New York Real Estate Journal.
