DLA Piper’s Beddoe Advises on Cross-Border Real Estate Deals Across Asia and Europe
Allana Beddoe is an associate in DLA Piper’s New York real estate practice. She advises institutional clients on corporate real estate matters, with a focus on U.S. and cross-border transactions. Her practice includes leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, compliance matters, and borrower-side financings involving international real estate portfolios across EMEA and APAC.
Her notable matters include working on acquisitions and loan assignments in Japan, participating in a team that handled a complex offshore acquisition, and advising on the $74.2 million sale of a 796,379-square-foot industrial asset in Shanghai, China.
Beyond her transactional responsibilities, Beddoe is active in the firm’s mentoring, training and recruitment efforts. She works with the community on a pro bono basis, focusing on immigration-related matters. Beddoe is in the early stages of launching a nonprofit organization focused on supporting immigration communities.
These are just a few reasons we chose Allana Beddoe as one of Connect CRE’s New York & Tri-State Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
